Morning yoga sessions (every morning) will include pranayama (breathing exercises), energetic vinyasa flow asana practices and meditation (in potentially varying orders). The practice is accessible to all levels and challenging to all levels.

Buffet will be waiting for you immediately after the morning yoga session.

There will be free time in the middle of the day for hiking, exploring Ubud (museums, shops, temples, restaurants) or chilling out by the pool.

The afternoon sessions will be a more diverse collection of experiences including contact yoga, yin yoga, a discussion on yoga philosophy, specialized workshops. Some of the afternoon sessions will be led by a collection of special GUEST TEACHERS (who don’t teach in America).

One or two afternoon sessions will be superseded by a group trip to (at least) one of the more amazing local temples (included in the price of the retreat) and an optional guided trip to hike to a volcano (not included in retreat price).

Evenings are mostly unscheduled so you can explore the many culinary delights of Ubud. There will be one “hosted” dinner (probably the night of arrival), one night of kirtan (yogic call and response chanting) with a local master. We will also organize an optional evening out to see traditional Balinese Dance.

To register, please contact me and leave a message saying “I’m going to Bali” (don’t forget to include your contact information). Then, I will send you registration information and let you know how to get me a deposit.
Alternatively, you can send your $300 deposit via PayPal at the link below (I will pay the fee).
