Lodging accommodations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sooner you get your deposit in, the sooner you can choose your room.

Please follow the steps below to register…

(1) Let me know you want to attend by responding via Contact page (or via email)
(2) Choose your preferred lodging accommodations by room name from the “Pricing & Accommodations” list. Please identify your top TWO choices (in order of preference)
(3)Secure your spot(s) with $400 deposit(s) via check or PayPal (see below)
(4) Receive confirmation that your preferred accommodations are secured (I won’t deposit your check until this confirmation has happened). You will also receive information about coordinating airline flights with rental car sharing. IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN RENTAL CAR SHARING, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR AIRLINE RESERVATION UNTIL THAT CONVERSATION HAS HAPPENED. It is MUCH easier to share rental cars (and perhaps rides to/from your local airport) with others on the same arrival/departure schedule.
(5) Book your airline tickets (see Q&A).
(6) Sign and return “Registration and Liability Release” form
(7) Pay final payment before departure

Please make all checks payable to Keith Erickson

Please mail checks to:

You may also transfer funds via PayPal (to my gmail address) for no charge.

If you prefer to pay your deposit by credit card you may do so below. Please note there is a 3% fee for paying by credit card with PayPal. You do not have to sign in or open an account. Just choose the “pay with credit or debit card” link (bottom of the column on the right).
