YOGA with Keith

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing yoga practice emphasizing fluid transitions between postures coordinated with the breath. Presented in a calm, supportive and non-competitive environment the practice builds strength, flexibility and balance but also invites awareness inward to explore sensations, intentions & emotions.

Varying degrees of intensity are presented for each flow sequence, making the class both accessible to beginner students and challenging to experienced practitioners. Not just a flow class, poses are held, alignment is adjusted and we always return to the breath.
