YOGA with Keith

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing yoga practice emphasizing fluid transitions between postures coordinated with the breath. Presented in a calm, supportive and non-competitive environment the practice builds strength, flexibility and balance but also invites you inside to explore your sensations.

Varying degrees of intensity are presented for each flow sequence, making the class both accessible to beginner students and challenging to experienced practitioners.
